The superb Almenara Golf Hotel & Spa is one of the finest leisure resort hotels in Spain. Located on the exclusive Sotogrande Estate, home to four 18 hole courses including Valderrama, Sotogrande, Almenara and La Canada, this hotel is the jewel in the crown.

Set in beautiful countryside giving commanding views over the Dave Thomas designed Almenara Golf course, this fine hotel is built in traditional Spanish style with the rooms set in a "village" around the main hotel building. The Spa is a main feature of this hotel and is a perfect place to relax after a round of golf.

The main restaurant offers international cuisine with an emphasis on Spanish and Pacific rim specialities, and there is a traditional Tapas bar as well as a more formal Piano bar.

Sotogrande itself has a wealth of sporting activities including golf, tennis, riding, windsurfing, sailing and a beach club, whilst around the purpose built marina there is a wide choice of bars, shops & restaurants, great for a fun evening out.
