Running alongside the ocean as its name suggests, the fairways are narrow and accuracy off the tee is essential. The holes wander through pine trees, the estate and along the cliff top giving you delightful views of the Atlantic Ocean as you play.

A challenging course and re-modelled in 2003, the opening par 4 is a tough hole with a dog-leg left. The par 5 6^th is the next challenge with bunkers to the left of the green and a lake along the whole length of the green to the right leaving a very narrow landing area. Water comes into play again on the 9^th. A stream runs along the left of the fairway and then across it and into the lake providing an interesting hazard. The final hole is a par 5 with a small, tiered and rather tricky green. Reach par here and you can be well satisfied.
