Salinas de Antigua is a relatively new course and is made up of dunes and hills which protect you from the wind. The course has been created so that it will test both your strategic and technical ability.
As you make your way around the course, you will have 4 lakes to contend with. The trickiest hole being the par 4 11th. This has a dogleg to the right and a lake running through the centre of the fairway. This is sure to provide a good challenge with both the water and the out of bounds to complicate things.
The course was designed by Manuel Piñero and comprises of 18 holes, par 70, with a maximum distance of 5,395 metres for men and 4,690 metres for ladies.
