Royal Golf de Marrakech

The Royal Club was built in 1923 by the pasha of Marrakech. This course is one of the longest established in Morocco and is now one of the king's favourite courses! Other famous names that have played here include Winston Churchill and Ike Eisenhower.

The Royal Club rests at the foot of the Atlas Mountains amongst an impressive variety of trees. These include cypress, eucalyptus, palm, olive, orange and apricot trees. This course is very beautiful but don't let that put you off your game, the 15^th green is hidden behind two grassy mounds separated only by a bunker!

A caddy is compulsory at this course, even if you hire a buggy. So be sure to make use of their knowledge!
