Mijas Los Lagos

A very popular 36 hole golf complex designed by Robert Trent Jones. Los Lagos is an open, relatively flat course with lakes to contend with, and features large, raised greens well guarded by bunkers. A long course, the fairways are wide yet accuracy is required to avoid the water.

The par 5 5^th has a well deserved handicap of 1. A long hole, it has a large bunker to the left and a lake to the right and the fairway narrows as it reached the green. Quite a challenge! The long par 3 8^th has water everywhere and the par 5 13^th with its handicap of 2 has a frighteningly well protected green. Lakes on both sides and a bunker at the back calls for precision!
