La Finca

Opened in 2002 and located just south of Alicante, La Finca is already being hailed as a superb course rivalling anything the Costa de Sol has to offer.  In a beautiful natural setting this is a fairly long course with established trees and lakes coming into play on many of the holes, this is one not to be missed.

There is a great variety in the sizes of the greens, and La Finca has been designed to become host to some of the top tournaments. A point worth noting is that it also benefits from a 'reserve' hole so that you can always play a full eighteen holes even if one hole has been closed off.  Good to know when you are travelling to spain to play a course!

Only a short distance from the sea, La Finca benefits from a pleasant light breeze. The par 5 5th is a tough one for most, with its island green plus the green at the 17th is protected by a huge calling for precision or spare golf balls!
