The Hotel Tamerici is situated in the heart of Montecatini with the thermal spas and parks easily reached by foot. Its great location means that the buzzing town itself is also just a few minutes walk away and with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants and there are several golf courses within easy driving distance.

This hotel is furnished in a ‘grand' style as its name suggests with antique furniture and plenty of marble. The rooms are spacious and look out over the town or to the hotels own pool and gardens. The wooden balconies are a feature and provide a delightful place from which to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening followed by a meal in the hotel's own ‘granduchi' restaurant where there is a choice of traditional tuscan or international food on the menu and an excellent wine list.

The hotel provides its own entertainment if you prefer to stay in, with music and cocktails each evening in the american bar, popular with the locals as well as the hotel guests.

This is a great hotel from which to sample Tuscan town life and from which to explore further afield on golf free days.
