Situated in the bay of Cadiz, just a short distance from the town of Chiclana de la Frontera stand the 2 courses of Novo Sancti Petri. Located within a housing estate right on the stunning sandy beach of La Barrosa Novo Sancti Petra is the course in Spain designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Beautifully maintained under the direction of Miguel Alcantara, you will not be dissapointed in this lovely resort.
The first round, Mar-Pinos, is composed of four par 3s, ten par 4s and four par 5s. The front nine offer wide fairways and 3 water hazzards. The green of the 6th is probably the most spectacular as it is situated upon the beach. The back nine do not feature any water, instead they are bordered by pine trees.
The second round, Centro, offers six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s. The front nine is flat with a large lake beween holes 5, 8 and 9. From holes 10 to 13 you can enjoy some magnificent Ocean Views and there is another lake between holes 14, 15 and 16. The final hole has an S shaped bunker, a little signature from Seve himself!
These courses are interesting for all levels of player, with water hazzards, abundant vegetation, and bunkers you will also have a sea breeze to contend with. A challenge for all!
