For holidays sold without flights, in compliance with the Package Travel Regulations 1992 all prepayments are held in a separate trust account managed by our Trustees, the Accountants Clifford Towers (Rugby office 01788 578488, Trustees Simon Towers & Monty Lynds). The trustees do not release your prepayments to Premier Iberian until the completion of your holiday. In the event of failure the trustees have a legal obligation to refund all prepayments from the trust account.
