Your financial protection:- Selling golf holidays since 1992, all Premier Iberian flight inclusive holidays are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 6086. For holidays sold without flights, in compliance with the Package Travel Regulations 1992 all prepayments are held in a separate trust account managed by our Trustees, the Accountants Clifford Towers (Rugby office 01788 578488, Trustees Simon Towers & Monty Lynds). The trustees do not release your prepayments to Premier Iberian until the completion of your holiday. In the event of failure the trustees have a legal obligation to refund all prepayments from the trust account.
