Amelkis Golf Club

Amelkis Golf Club is the most recent golf course in Marrakech and boasts a splendid kasbah style clubhouse with a terrace overlooking the course and the Atlas Mountains.

The wide, undulating fairways are lined with luxurious villas, century old palm trees and giant papyrus reeds. Amelkis is a tough course with long par 3s, large trodden red earth bunkers and "exotic" rough. The back 9 are dominated by water hazards but cheer up - the 18^th can be birdied if you hit a good drive!
