The Vila Gale Ampalius is perfectly placed for golfers and non golfers alike. We like its ideal location in Vilamoura, right next to the beach and close to the marina and we recommend upgrading to one of the sea-view rooms, with balconies, which are very popular with our guests staying here.

The Hotel has its own shopping arcade and the health club's indoor pool has the unusual feature of windows looking into the outdoor pool. The restaurant and bar area has recently been renovated and now has an airy, modern feel to it and a good vibrant atmosphere - just the place to 'chill out' after a day's golf.

The Casino is just next door and the Marina, with its wealth of bars, restaurants and night life is only a few minutes walk away. The beach is adjacent to the hotel and you can enjoy a lazy non-golf day here or by the hotel's own outdoor pool.
